For the performances this weekend, dancers should arrive 1 hour before the
show. Dolls, Snow and second-act dancers should come earlier if they plan
to do hair and make-up at the theater. All parent helpers except the
clean-up crew should also arrive by 1 hour before the show.
Parents working backstage with party kids, soldiers, and rats will go down
to the stage wings with their groups during the show. Please dress in
dark-colored clothes so you’re less easily seen from the audience.
If anyone gets sick or injured, please call whoever is in charge of
costumes for the relevant group(s) as soon as possible so she can find a
replacement. Except for specialty dancers, the phone numbers are

on the pages describing the costumes for each part. If you can’t reach the
costume person, call me: 219-8155.
Also, remember NOT to bring any food containing peanuts or other shell
nuts to the theater.
